Charlotte is an experienced family lawyer having acted in a wide range of cases, including complex financial remedy proceedings involving substantial assets, businesses, trusts and international elements. Having qualified as a family lawyer in 1999 Charlotte joined City firm Kingsley Napley LLP in their family department in 2001, becoming a partner in 2006.
Charlotte trained as a collaborative lawyerand is a member of Resolution, a community of family justice professionals whowork with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.
Charlotte brings depth of experience and strategic insight to her work. Since joining Burgess Mee in 2023, she has supported colleagues across the firm, sharing her expertise and helping clients navigate family issues with a practical and constructive approach.
Charlotte returned to family law after taking a career break to look after her two children. During her time away from practice, she volunteered with local charities and developed skills in mentoring, recruitment and team management. Charlotte now uses these skills and experiences in her role as Consultant at Burgess Mee.
Out of the office, Charlotte’s interests include travelling, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and exercising on her Peloton bike.
