About Henrietta

Henrietta advises on the full breadth of family law including separation, divorce, cohabitation, civil partnerships, pre and post nuptial agreements and including disputes involving children. She represents medium, high and ultra-high net worth clients in diverse cases that often involve international assets, complex financial structures and detailed tax considerations. She is experienced in dealing with cases involving allegations of financial non-disclosure and breach of confidentiality. Henrietta is also a Resolution trained mediator.

A graduate of Oxford University, Henrietta trained at the pre-eminent city law firm Herbert Smith. She went on to forge her family law career at Hughes Fowler Carruthers before joining Camilla Baldwin in June 2008 where she was promoted to partnership in January 2014. Henrietta joined Burgess Mee as a partner in April 2019.

Henrietta is a member of Resolution, an organisation dedicated to a constructive non-confrontational approach towards family law matters. She is a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer. The 2021 edition states that Henrietta “is an excellent, well rounded lawyer”.

Henrietta is married with three children. In her spare time she is a keen cook and lover of art, theatre, poetry, music (classical and contemporary), and comedy.
