Laura joined Burgess Mee in July 2026 as a paralegal.

After graduating from the University of Manchester in 2022 with a degree in Geography, Laura spent some time working in the sustainability sector. She completed her law conversion at City St George's, University of London, graduating in 2025.

Following her law conversion, Laura worked as a paralegal at a leading criminal defence firm in Central London. During this time, she contributed case summaries to the Financial Remedies Journal and gained experience supporting clients involved in parallel family proceedings. These experiences confirmed her interest in family law and her desire to build her career in the field.

Outside the office, Laura enjoys reading, cooking, going to the cinema and theatre, and spending time on the water sailing whenever she can.
