Ruby Rowlands

Paralegal

About Ruby

Ruby joined Burgess Mee in August 2026 as a paralegal.

She graduated from the University of Oxford with a 2:1 in BA Jurisprudence in 2025. Following this, she completed the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law, having been awarded a scholarship by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

Alongside her studies, Ruby undertook pro bono work, specialising in private children law, and volunteered as a McKenzie Friend at the East London Family Court. She also contributes case summaries to Family Law Week. These experiences confirmed her interest in family law, and she is excited to develop her career in this area.

Outside of work, Ruby enjoys exploring London, having moved here from Derby last year. She also enjoys reading, cooking, hiking when she has the chance, and has recently joined an orchestra, where she plays violin.
