About Suzanna

Suzanna joined Burgess Mee in January 2022. She studied law at the University of Edinburgh qualifying as a solicitor in Scotland in 2018. She worked in a leading family law department in Edinburgh before being dual-qualified in English law. She has experience advising on cases with cross border considerations and jurisdictional issues between England and Scotland.

Suzanna has a range of private family law experience including cases involving separation and divorce, complex financial issues, international disputes, children matters (particularly relocation cases) and postnuptial and prenuptial agreements. She has experience of advocacy. Suzanna has also advised clients on surrogacy issues and court proceedings.

Suzanna is an active member of Resolution, the national organisation for family lawyers.

Outside work, Suzanna enjoys volunteering and has recently held volunteer roles with Barnardos as a Befriender and with the Scottish Child Law Centre. She enjoys playing tennis in her spare time.
